A hit since Jeep revived the truck in 2019, the Jeep Gladiator has quickly become a favorite among Jeep owners. Not only do the nine Jeep Gladiator trim levels present the 4x4 capability Jeep is famous for, but they add all of the utility and convenience of a truck. Jeep lovers are undoubtedly some of the biggest adventurists out there, and now with a Jeep Gladiator, those thrill seekers can finally bring all of the gear they need for their off-road excursions. However, with nine Jeep Gladiator trim levels, choosing your trim can be quite a tough decision. Fortunately, here at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Wilmington, we’ve made it a bit easier to understand and decide which Jeep Gladiator trim level is right for you.

Jeep Gladiator Sport

The Jeep Gladiator Sport is the base trim level and comes stocked with a standard 3.6L V6 engine, a Uconnect® 4 system with a 7-inch display, and a soft top roof, though a hard top roof is available. The Jeep Gladiator Sport trim level also provides available front and rear Heavy-Duty Dana® 44 axles.

Jeep Gladiator Willys Sport

This Jeep Gladiator trim level doesn’t just come with the standard 3.6L V6 engine and the 7-inch Uconnect® touchscreen display, there are also available options for a 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine and an 8.4-inch Unconnect® display. Similar to the base trim, the Jeep Gladiator Willys Sport also features a soft top with an available hard top option.

Jeep Gladiator Sport S

For the most part, this Jeep Gladiator trim level is pretty similar to the base model, but with a few key differences. Unlike the Jeep Gladiator Sport, the Jeep Gladiator Sport S offers the available 8.4-inch Uconnect® touchscreen, the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine, and the Selec-Trac® Full Time 4WD system.

Jeep Gladiator Altitude

Unique to the two Altitude trims, the truck features a standard hard top and offers only one soft top option. Though the Jeep Gladiator comes standard with the same powertrain configuration as the Jeep Gladiator Sport, this Jeep Gladiator trim level is also available with the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine and Selec-Trac® Full Time 4WD.

Jeep Gladiator Willys

The Jeep Gladiator Willys offers an array of available packages, including the Trail Rail™ Management system and multiple configuration options, like the Technology Group and Cold Weather Group.

Jeep Gladiator Overland

In addition to a 220 watt alternator, the Jeep Gladiator Overland trim level comes standard with both front and rear heavy-duty shock absorbers, Overland cloth bucket seats, and comes available with leather-trimmed bucket seats.

Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

The Jeep Gladiator Rubicon trim comes standard with Tru-Lok® Electronic Locking Differentials and the Rock-Trac® 4x4 System. In addition to a Sentry Key® Theft Deterrent System, this Jeep Gladiator trim level features a standard push-button start.

Jeep Gladiator Mojave

It may not provide the available 3.0L diesel powertrain option, but the Jeep Gladiator Mojave is unique for its standard performance hood and premium cloth seats. More importantly, the Mojave is the only trim level with desert-specific 4x4 systems.

Jeep Gladiator High Altitude

Specific to this Jeep Gladiator trim level, the High Altitude trim averages an EPA-estimated 17 MPG in the city and provides the highest standard towing capacity of 6,000 lbs. Combined with the Trailer Tow Package, this trim can tow a best-in-class 7,650 lbs.
